        We hired 2 electric bikes for a day from Berwick Cycles. They delivered the bikes to us on time and explained about charge and battery life. Tim altered the seat height to suit us and ensured we had everything we needed. The bikes were Trek Dual Sport, lightweight, efficient, reactive and perfect for our trip to Holy Island, Lindisfarne. The bikes were then collected on time and all-in-all we had great service from Tim at Berwick Cycles. Thank you

        Cut a long story short my cycle failed me just outside Berwick I managed to get it just running and phoned this shop the woman receptionist was very helpful and good mannerd told me to come down where I was met by Tim super helpful had my bike up and running in half an hour very reasonable price for short notice repair if I could give more stars I would fantastic set up highly recommend don't often get this level of genuine service this day and age once again many thanks
