I have just graduated as a Nutrition and Lifestyle coach and wanted to get in touch with someone who had walked the walk in the sector of holistic health. Afifah kindly invited me to her beautiful clinic and shared with me some fascinating information on wellness that was really fascinating. It was obvious from the first 5 minutes of speaking with Afifah that she has a wealth of knowledge based on science and throughly loves what she does as a nutritionist and medical herbalist. I have visited Afifah's practice for blood prelevation. She is such a lovely, warm professional. Her approach on treating conditions is the traditional herbalist way. A medicine lady who seems to treat patients in a holistic manner. The main word here is 'care' in its true sense.

I was not getting better following sepsis, though the symptoms were vague and not something my GP would have the time to attend to. Afifah not only spent an initial two hours taking a thorough record of my whole medical history but then treated me as an intelligent and positive individual who could ask at any time for new advice. Her approach is rigorous, founded in the latest research and highly successful. She has also successfully treated my husband. I have recommended her to several people in need of her services.

It has been a year since I suffered severely from Psoriasis. It was a worst period of my life so far, not knowing what is going on, from taking too many types of medicines, steroid cream, shampoos, moisturisers, ointments and etc. It was enlightening at the same time, and having to meet Ms. Afifah, really is a blessing. She explains everything, she asked you about everything, she knows whats going on. You can never go wrong with natural remedies and right diet. We are what we eat eats.
