        Not a great station. No step free to either platform and miminal seating on the platforms.

        great staff but it a shame that the station is really neglected nothing is working everything is broken we can see the struggle of the staff doing there job

        Range of parade shops near the station - trains every half hour to Waterloo but lots of steps to platform level

        I dropped my AirPods case on the train track which was quiet stressful. But Daniel who was staff member working at the time was so reassuring and helpful and personally kept my case safe for me to collect the next day. Overwhelmed by how kid he was during what May have been an inconvenience.
