I had an appointment with Michael regarding a niggling inflammation I'd been experiencing on the top of my foot after running (plantar fasciitis). Michael is a personable and professional person. He conducted a lengthy diagnostic process involving a questionnaire and thorough physical check. In the end his diagnosis was simple - my shoelaces were too tight. This, combined with my unusually high foot arches, meant the shoe was pressing down on the affected area whenever I ran. He was right - I have since loosened the shoelaces and the problem has gone away. I was impressed with Michaels expertise and honesty - he didn't try to upsell me on a course of treatment I didnt need.

I've just finished a course of treatment with Michael, including shockwave therapy on my painful knee. Michael is friendly and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with the final result. I can highly recommend Avenur Health.

The 6 sessions of shockwave therapy really helped my foot recover from an injury that no one could get to the bottom of for months. Michael was very knowledgeable and trustworthy in his assessment and recommendations.
