I had great experience at Mistry's opticians and would recommend this place if you want a thorough eye check. Kiran is clearly very knowledgeable about optometry and took his time when explaining things to me. The shop have a great selection of stylish glasses at a reasonable price

I have been visiting Mistry Opticians for many years and had my first appointment today since Kiran took ownership. I understand that he has been an optician for some time and this is the first time he has run his own business. I made the booking last week and spoke with Mr Mistry who is still working here but for far fewer days. Kiran is a very pleasant and professional man. He has invested in some new equipment and given the shop a facelift. The new instrument that he used for checking eye pressure was very good and I didn't feel a thing. His examination was very thorough and he gave me full feedback which was very reassuring given my family history of both Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration. He has updated my prescription and I will be going back to get some varifocal glasses made up. I wish Kiran all the best with his new venture. I have always been happy with the service I recieve at Mistry Opticians and gladly recommend it to everyone.

What a wonderful opticians! Kiran was highly professional, keeping me comfortable and well informed the whole way through my eye test. He showed me the current health and status of my eyes, followed with recommendations to improve some of the symptoms I'd been experiencing lately. Even when I had expressed concern about my eyesight, he was comforting and reassuring. He then helped me browse through the collection of lenses, tailoring very well to my needs. It felt so much more personal than any other opticians I've been to. I will be returning very soon!

My eye test with Kiran was one of the best eye tests I have ever had and much better than a regular high street check up. Kiran was thorough and professional throughout. He took his time to explain things to me and he seemed to really care about my preferences. Overall, I would recommend this optician and will be visiting again soon.
