Tom is a first class, professional and very experienced trainer. He is very adaptable and can tailor sessions to meet your individual needs. Following an injury to my lower back, Tom focused on specific stretches and Pilates which played a major part in my recovery. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone.

Ive trained with Tom for many years. Hes the best trainer Ive had! He really helped me in the run up to my wedding and during/after my pregnancies. I cant recommend him enough. Hes knowledgeable, dedicated and personable.
