Make sure you check the reviews of other branches, and you will see how many people have bad experiences, keep in mind they even incentivise people to leave good reviews. I worked here for a few months and it was the worst job I have ever had. I was employed as a developer, which I was hardly able to do as my manager needed me on every call to identify how to solve the problems. My own manager would call me daily trying to get me to join his consultancy company and made it incredibly uncomfortable. There were never any weekly or monthly meetings like there were supposed to be and I was unable to speak with anyone without my manager present so I could not voice my concerns and would even email people saying they had to go through him to speak to me. I completed lots of overtime as agreed and had to chase it for over a month to be paid, after nearly a month i was told i wouldn't be paid at all, and i had to prove virtually every minute of my work, even when i had delivered a system within days when the expected timeframe was months.. The day i voiced my concerns to HR about my managers conduct and the fact I still hadn't been paid, my accounts were disabled and i was sacked there an then. The reason they initially gave me was that I had apparently said that I wanted to hurt one of my colleagues, which I didn't. I was also told in my final meeting the me being let go had been decided since 2 months prior, due to me taking 2 days off when a car crashed into a telephone pole outside my house so i had no internet. The departments are completely fragmented and mis-aligned, with some departments spending months on a project that could be completed in days using other software. The only people that seemed to believe in and demonstrate the vision were the CEO's. In my experience, the office staff showed no care for healthcare staff, staff were unable to find shifts, or even get uniforms. Client data was sent between users and shared with external parties without thought for the safety of their clients data. They also use the handles @nhs(olutions) where they can and joke about the relation it has to the real NHS. I wouldn't recommend working here or using their services.
