Dora Rose Care Home

Awful. Many staff members are great and do a good job, however management, senior staff and owners showed very little care and compassion which is unfortunate for the staff members that genuinely care.

Myself and my family have nothing but praise and thanks for everyone at Dora Rose in welcoming our Mum. The care and support Mum has received has been fantastic and has greatly helped towards her recovery from a serious illness. The activities team and the residents have especially helped Mum feel at home and given her new options each and every day. We have noticed a marked improvement in Mum which will hopefully continue as she gets more used to her new home

I worked in this care home and can say the care assistants went above and beyond. The care assistants took the time to understand residents unique care journeys and treated them with dignity and respect. The home provided excellent care with compassion, I can't praise them highly enough, it was a pleasure to work alongside such hard working and dedicated people.

I only went for about 5 days but what a 5 days. Everyone is friendly and kind. I know I may be comparing Dora Rose to a hotel but for me this was like a mini holiday, a home away from home if you like. I fully intend on going back for longer and can't wait to see the friendly people there. I'll be back Fiona. Amazing 5
