Berkhamsted Yoga with Sally

I've been going to Sally's classes for about 15 years and it is a testament to her skills that she keeps her classes varied, interesting and fun. Sally embraced the problems with the pandemic by going online which works extremely well. The volume and quality of content she offers is incredible with a library of pre recorded practices as well as the live classes on Zoom. I zoom in twice a week but there are live classes every week day and special extras with her yogi sisters. I love it when Sally's dog and cat sometimes make an appearance, and listening to the birds in her studio is a joy. Definitely something to look forward to and to help ground me during this awful period of time.

I have been going t Sallys yoga classes for over 12 years, as have many of her other students. This is testament to her clear, precise, varied and fun teaching. Sallys caring and knowledgable instruction demonstrates her ability to cater for all levels of fitness to ensure you receive the many benefits if yoga. Her yoga retreats in Turkey,Sicily and the UK are amazing experiences, not to be missed. I highly recommend Sallys classes,

Sally is an amazing teacher , I having been going to her classes for 16 years and every class has been different , she adds something new each time, much to my surprise. I always come away from her classes feeling challenged , refreshed & relaxed . Thank you Sally xx

I love going to Sallys yoga classes and have been going several years now. They are always inspirational; challenging; and varied, blending both the physical and mental benefits, suited for all levels. Sally manages to stay true to Yoga Eastern roots and philosophy whilst integrating that into a 21st century Western class in a fun and friendly way. Try her classes and you will become addicted
