BAYoga Studio

This was my first experience of Ashtanga yoga and what a lovely experience it was. Caroline was so supportive and spent time guiding me through the absolute basics of the practice with kindness and patience. I cant wait to come back for another session.

I attend the Spring Equinox Gong Bath with Jemma. I've never tried anything like this before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I suffer with anxiety and wanted to try something to help ease the anxiousness. . . . well it certainly did that - AMAZING class. I felt so relaxed and chilled during and after the session. I had the best nights sleep afterwards. It was just what I needed! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed attending the studio for a workshop recently, felt very comfortable and welcomed into the class and floated home afterwards. I'll be returning again to do another of their great workshops on offer.

What a place! I came here to heal and I feel healed and so much more. Gemma ran the Being and Becoming Session and it was like a therapy session like no other x Just give BAYoga a chance, it will change your life.

One of the best decision of my life to join Bayoga studio. This is my first time with yoga so having the variety of classes it brilliant as I can try them all and pick the ones that I'd like to attend regularly. All the teachers I met so far were amazing, welcoming, encouraging and supporting through the practice while I am literally finding my feet :-). I am so grateful to have found you.
