Poor experience with the company, systems and staff. The prices are not transparent either. I strongly recommend trying a competitor before this one, even if you live close.

Overpriced, poor service from reception staff. Cat was poorly after receiving it's vaccine. Monthly pet plan was mis-sold to us by staff. Do not recommend.

I took my 2 cats in to get neutered, all the staff have been very informative, efficient, friendly and responsive. I decided last minute on the day of the operation that Id like to have my cats microchipped as well, and this was done on the same day absolutely no hassle, the vet was also happy to answer any general questions I had whilst he was taking a look at my cats before taking them in for surgery. The nurse was very informative in explaining after care for my cats and the staff have been very helpful assisting with any concerns I have had so far post op. Very reasonably priced and also included pain medication, cones, some food for them as well as a post op consultation that has been included in the cost too! Have had a very positive experience and will continue to go to this vet clinic going forward
