I have been using SKS for 20 years, but recently the quality of the service and knowledge base has dwindled, Several times recently I have been sent the wrong locks, locks that dont work, This is frustrating when you are at a customers premises. When I tell SKS the problem they have the nerve to ask for postage costs to re-send the correct locks that I ordered originally.. Come on SKS, buck your ideas up and get motivated, learn about the product you are selling..
