Very poor customer service. The women Michelle was incredibly rude & unfriendly. We went in for a baby passport photo & got barked at with constant orders. Stand there, dont do that, (at my 6 year old) youre making shadows move! It was horrible. She made us feel so unwelcome & like we were inconveniencing her. Avoid this shop, its not worth the nasty vibes !

Very poor service. Both my husband and I found the lady working there very unfriendly and rude! From the moment we said that we wanted a passport picture done for our little baby we were being hurried. We were shocked by the unprofessional approach and unprofessional set up for pictures. There werent even proper photo lights or a professional camera or a tripod! After we got back home we realized that the picture we got is awful quality, so blurry that we cannot use it for our babys passport. We will be asking for a refund next time we are in Berkhamsted.

Price was great for a small demand. However, the customer service from the staff was rather poor. I felt as if I was a burden to them just by asking for their services. Regularly met with huffing under their breath and not a smile in sight. Had I not needed the service so urgently I would have been tempted to walk out and go somewhere else regardless of distance.
