Such a wonderful pharmacy! Rebecca went above and beyond to help and was amazingly professional, super polite and caring. The pharmacist was very informative, polite and full of knowledge. Great service from this place as always, went for some travel vaccinations/injections. This is one of the only places that still offer this service and as usual they were professional and careful.

I would like to share my experience of Dickman pharmacy since I bought 3 Antigen Tests and paid for them in error (Realised the rules had changed!) and the customer service was amazing since they offered to refund me without any question asked. The pharmacy also has an amazing range of beauty products which are top class and very affordable too. So nice to have a local pharmacy that cares for the neighborhood.

One of the best chemists I have ever been too! Very customer service focussed, you are always asked if you need any help when you walk in. Always professional, friendly and approachable! Recently needed some travel advice and they were more than happy to help as always.

Staff nice but manager (I assume manager) appeared to be a bit of a ****. Bought a home test for Covid so I could travel but I made an error so went back to purchase another one. I explained to the staff member I made a mistake and simply wanted to purchase another one, and was not asking for a refund. I explained what I did wrong so if any customers had questions they'd know what to say etc. The manager was there listening in to what I was saying to the staff member. When the staff member went to get the test to bring to the counter the manager said to him, which I over heard "Charge him!" in a way which was with greed and lack of sympathy, and must have been thinking I was trying to get it for free. Up yours buddy, never using your shop again.
