Weve used Jo several times for looking after our cat & she is has been great. Jo provides a professional & friendly service. Shes very understanding of special needs such as giving medication & is more then happy to go the extra mile Eg. Cleans litter tray. Jo has a real passion for cats & caring for all types of animals. Our Maggie absolutely adores her & loves the time & attention Jo gives her during her visit. We love the photos & videos Jo sends us, which is so reassuring to know our precious girl is all ok whilst we are away. Thanks Jo for always being available for when we need you. You are most definitely Maggies favourite human (more so then us I suspect ).

Cat Concierge is amazing! We got a kitten last year and Jo has been spending an hour with her twice a week, making sure she is getting the attention and play time she needs whilst we are at work. I cannot recommend the quality of service highly enough! Jo is friendly, reliable, completely trustworthy and super professional. She has been really flexible in adjusting the visit times where we have needed, and has been so helpful with advice on raising a kitten which has been much appreciated. She has even saved the day and stepped in last minute to feed the cat whilst we have been stuck at work! All my anxiety about leaving our kitten whilst at work were put to rest knowing Jo would be visiting her for a cuddle! I will definitely be using Cat Concierge on an ongoing basis, for holidays and day to day visits.

We've used Jo for a number of years now and our cat loves her visits, so much so I think she is a little dissapointed when we return. So much time spent giving love and attention and tickles under the chin. Lots of messages and photographs when we are away means even the most anxious cat parent is reassured they are in very safe hands. I would and do highly recommend Jo and cannot think of anyone I would rather look after our cat when we are away.
