    Didi is amazing - I cannot recommend her enough! I worked with Didi on my pandemic weight gain and lack of motivation thereof to lose it initially (even though I used to be pretty active pre-pandemic). Thanks to Didi's online programme, I got my mojo back. Didi successfully provided me with the necessary structure to weight loss and motivated me to get back to exercise. Not sure how she did it, but I never felt hungry or craved sugar throughout her efficient process. The result today is not only visible, but I feel much more energised and happier. Didi's got me working towards tangible and achievable short and long term goals!

    If you are looking for a professional, knowledgable and on top a genuinely inspirational and motivating personal trainer/coach, you will not find anyone better than Didi. As a manual/physical therapist, I am active throughout the day and also commute on my bike, but has started to notice minor injuries becoming more frequent and a stubborn mid section 'covid leftover' hanging around. All previous nutritional advice reduced my calories and given me a very strict diet, only to make me crash and burn through the physical demands of my work, without making any difference as to how I felt or looked. Didi has given me a meal plan with 4-6 examples of breakfasts, lunches and dinners based on my preferences and time available, and has matched it with 4 different exercise routines (again, based on available time and props I have at home) that I can rotate and repeat throughout the week. These get updated every 6 weeks, but if I have any issues or questions, they can be adjusted right there and then. Whilst pointing me in the right direction, I don't feel restricted, nor do I have to count calories (in fact I now eat a lot more than before). The recipes are quick and absolutely delicious. I genuinely feel energised and so much more motivated than ever before about my progress. My goal was to tone up to feel good in my skin and most importantly to prevent injuries from the demands of my work. After 6 weeks, Didi sent me the picture I took when I started and the most recent one side by side, and I cannot believe the difference! There is nothing more motivating than when you feel good in your body. So if you want someone with incredible knowledge about female anatomy and muscle building in a healthy manner that let's you LIVE and not make you hate the gym nor starve yourself, look no further.

    I highly recommend Didi! She has motivated me to take action and helped me start a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to Didi I have finally managed to cut on my sugar intake. She has created a personalised diet plan, which ensures I have the right amount of calories per meal, meaning I no longer crave any chocolate. I receive plenty of support from Didi, even though I have subscribed to the online training. She is always checking up on me, motivating me and is very understanding when I have worse days. All my workout and diet plans are uploaded on an app which is so easy to use and so helpful when it comes to being a newbie. It has videos for each exercise and easy to read recipes with photos. I literally love working with Didi!

Over the last two years of working with Didi I have learned so much about exercise, whole body health and my own mental wellbeing. She encourages me listen to what my body needs and pushes me to lift heavy weights! My super strong glutes thank her every day :)
