Had the best and most thorough eye test & examination I've ever had. The lovely Optometrist took a lot of time to explain everything very thoroughly to me. They also have a great range of frames here. Wonderful people. Will be coming back.

They take my money with some finesse. Peter always does a good price (in other words I havent a clue but he makes you feel like youve had a good deal). They have lovely stylish frames

I really cannot recommend Eyecare Opticians highly enough. I was having worrying vision problems and was given the most thorough examination with state of the art equipment. My problems were diagnosed and a prompt referral to Stoke Mandeville hospital arranged. I am so thankful to Sage who went the extra mile with her investigation, analysis, explanation and follow up. We are so lucky to have such a brilliant local service.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Abi and Catherine at Eyecare Opticians in Berkhamsted, the level or care and customer service I received was professional and absolutely first class, I highly recommend this outlet to anyone looking for the very best in customer service.

I dont often leave reviews but this case I feel is exceptional. People often try and support local retailers if they are butchers and bakers and enjoy something better than the mainstream can offer. I can hand on heart say that about this opticians, the eye test was hi tech and super comprehensive, everything was explained really clearly, the choice of frames and lenses makes mainstream look like bargain basement but most of all the knowledge of ALL the staff, the friendliness and quality of service deserves to be called out, outstanding, and its not buying a loaf of artisan bread or a nice joint of organic salt marsh lamb (as nice as they both are!) its my eyes, I have one irreplaceable set of them and I know that I am giving them the best quality care whilst enjoying the best customer experience and service out there. 5 stars happily!
