Little Heath Farm Nursery

Went today for my 60th Birthday, looked lovely online and I went by the good reviews but felt sadly let down. The Afternoon Tea is expensive for what you get and although the staff are lovely was not happy to get clotted cream that was "off" and the owner tried to tell me that the cream was fresh in that day and no one else had complained. The first pot was nice yet the second pot was not. I felt the owner was arrogant and I hope she is happy as having my 60th Birthday spoilt - thank you so much. Perhaps it was just a bad experience for us but I feel so let down and upset.

Coming here was very disappointing! A member of staff was unnecessarily rude. I had recommended this place having visited a while ago with my family remembering a pleasant experience and we arrived with the intention to stay for a coffee. However, my friend and I were spoken to like children for almost walking into the staff area (which isnt signed whatsoever.) They lady was unmistakably condescending and venomous in her conviction. It totally ruined our experience and we left afterwards having been made to feel very uncomfortable!
