I had a delightful experience with Torc 24. I will highly recommend Manny and Chelsea Parkins. They supported me throughout the process, always answered my calls or they called me back. They were understanding throughout the process, In fact I sometimes got so stressed but they always dealt with me both courteously and professionally. During my meetings with them they explained the entire process and gave me their time. All to all I highly recommend Torc 24 and I will definately go back to them in the future.

Really terrible experience, no response from mortgage advisor Charlie Solomon Does not respond to emails or calls, surprised he is still employed

Very poor service. Calculation of our Mortgage Affordability took 1 week ! In any other places it took 40-50minutes . Waiting for decision in principle another week. Finally we received offer ! Very poor (5.4% rate) but we accepted that. We been asked to pay 440 for standard checks to the lender with information that it will not be refundable if we will not pass. After passing whole procees of checks we been declined because of One delayed payment of 82 in 2018 ! (This was a fraud and we informed about it and investigation started) but still declined. After that they realised that actually we are affordable for mortgage but for 7% rate. After this joke we decided to finish our cooperation with Torc and tried to contact them but after sending 3 emails in 2 weeks we been completely ignored.

Biggest mistake to waste time with them. They never come back to you. I missed booking an apartment, due to they delaying forever. Special mentions to Michelle
