Contacted the team at MS in August 2021 for a quote for a house extension project. Had a visit from David in early September. Now Jan 2022 and still no quote. I was repeatedly told toward the end of the year that they "will come back to me on it" but that never happened. Very bad customer service in my view. No idea what their builds are like but hopefully better than the initial service.
