Recently though, they went above and beyond for me. I had a really bad experience with another garage that I stupidly used due to not being able to get my car into Kwikfit in time for my MOT renewal (completely and planning on my part).
Ive had non-stop issues with this other servicing place and it led to my car needing multiple visits to rectify. Kwikfit came to my rescue with advice, reviews of my car and reports that enabled me to make a better informed decision with regards to this other garage.
They took the time to listen to me, explain things in way I understood (as Im not a mechanic) and gave me helpful options for a solution.
I am always so happy when Ive dealt with these Berko guys at Kwikfit and theyre who I know and trust with my car.
Well, Ive now learned a very hard and stressful lesson - rather stick with the guys you know and trust!
