Paperchase

I normally love coming in this Paperchase store as the service and products are great! However, I was left shocked today as I was browsing who I believe was the manager (he was older looking and had a moustache although I didn't catch his name) was swearing and throwing stock. I certainly did not feel invited and welcomed as per usual.

Good quality, bold products. The staff are helpful, and the stock changes often which gives great range.

Great store, with such friendly staff. Down side is the size of the store means not the full ranges are available. But still plenty to choose from.

I have recently moved to Berkhampstead, and was super excited that there is a paperchase on the high street. I have always loved Paperchase, with their Bold and great quality products. This store is not as big as other stores I have visited through the years, so it doesn't seem like the full ranges are available. Although, there is still plenty to choose from. Today i was served by Mark. Mark was very friendly and bubbly, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable too, making me aware of the current promotions, which was great, as I wasn't aware of some of them. I will definitely be visiting the store again very soon.
