Friendly, thorough and professional service. Great technology, this enables you to see your inner ear on a large screen as they are investigating your issues. I was really surprised that the hearing test was free of charge and there was no pressure to purchase anything. I also liked that every test was explained throughout the appointment. It is obvious that this team is dedicated to helping others hear and are making a difference.

My son was having problems with his ears. Ray and his team quickly arranged for my son to be seen, took time to patiently explain the problem and possible treatments, and ultimately addressed the issue. The care and attention Halo demonstrated throughout was exceptional, even to the point of making follow up calls to check how my son was. I couldn't be more impressed by the care Halo provided and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just been to Halo for ear wax removal and 110% recommend them! Firstly booking my appointment over the phone the lady was so helpful and friendly she gave me a lot of confidence ahead of my appointment. On arrival both ladies were incredibly understanding when I couldn't hear them talking to me and made me feel relaxed and at ease whilst also being incredibly professional! I was treated by Anita who explained everything about my ears and what she was going to do including before and after ear canal photos! (Eew, but fascinating!) The treatment was completely painless and actually tickled! The suction machine sounded like the ocean or being in a gale wind with satisfying 'pops' as the wax was removed. I'm going back for another treatment as one of my ears is being particularly stubborn but I won't hesitate to go back to Halo for any of my wax/hearing needs!
