We chose Brown and Merry to sell our property after speaking with a few different agents. Amir came to the house and we knew as soon as we spoke with him that he was the man to sell our house. The entire team have been amazing and extremely helpful throughout. A special mention has to go to Scarlette who managed all the paperwork side of things. She was a superstar and kept us updated all the way through the process. We move later this week thanks to this fantastic team. Thank you Amir, Scarlette and the Brown and Merry team. We sold a house in Berkhamsted through Brown and Merry (Berkhamsted) during 2022. Throughout the process we felt fully informed at all stages regarding appointments to view, feedback from visits and this continued all the way through to the final sale. Amir led his team very effectively and we especially enjoyed our dealings with Scarlett, Harry and Matthew. I recently sold my house through Brown and Merry. They valued my home above other agents in the town and got the price!II was given feedback after every viewing even if it was to say the viewer hadnt returned their calls. When there were issues with dates for exchange and completion they contacted everyone to sort it out. They chased up solicitors and others in the chain. The team were friendly, polite and enthusiastic. I would give them all 10/10!
