Bought from them twice, both went wrong and end up needing to refund. Wasted more than a week with them. Customer service doesn't have a clue what's going on. They might be the cheapest but by far most trouble online shopping experience I ever had. Will not waste my time with them again.

I did make a purchasewith them and it was a mistake. They sent an incorrectinvoice, which for the business is a big problem, thecompanydid refuse to fix the issue. They said they do not edit invoices if something is already delivered.Their customer service is a total disaster. Unhelpful, arrogant, they do not read emails, they are not qualified for the job. They just send you quickirrelevant answers. They do not fix issues. Strongly advise you do not to buy from them. Stock on the website does not reflect reality. Big no for this company, there is plenty of good companies on the market and better use them.

Scammers and Rubbish company to deal with. We bought our printer on 12th of last month, It was meant to deliver in 4-5 days, Now it is almost 1 month but no news, tried calling but no answer. This company is big joke. Why you put a product on a website if it is not in stock. STAY AWAY from this company and save yourself lot of trouble and stress.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. They falsely advertised a better computer than was being sent to me. I had to contact the customer service several times in order to get anything but an automated reply and was then told that they were not willing to send me the advertised computer, nor to compensate me in any other way. Through and through a terrible experience and I would not advise anyone to buy from them.
