Im so disappointed to be sharing this experience. My partner bought me a course of treatments as a birthday present and I had attended two of the four appointments. I then had a stomach bug and was unable to attend my next scheduled appointment. Rather than any sympathy or understanding, I was told I broke the cancellation rules and the treatment I could not attend would be deducted from my course leaving one remaining. Whilst I totally understand the need for a cancellation policy, surely there should be some leniency when it comes to sickness. What was I to do? It came on suddenly the night before so it was impossible for me to give 48 hours notice? My appointments were only for some chin hairs so took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate someone else could have taken my 10 minute slot but it was out of my control. It was also the first time I was even a minute late to an appointment let alone missed one. I also felt terrible as this was a gift and I didnt want to waste any of my partners hard earned money. This was all very disappointing but Ioanas attitude was that she would rather lose me as a customer and refund the money for the one remaining appointment than show any sort of sympathy for the situation. This is not the type of person I want to do business with or spend money with and I cannot recommend her services based on my experience. Service: Laser hair removal

I have just finished my 3rd session of laser hair removal with Ioana and I could not recommend her enough! I was a little nervous prior to getting this treatment done but from the moment I met Ioana she was so friendly and all my worries disappeared because I knew I was in good hands. Im looking forward to continuing my treatments with her, not just because shes so good at what she does but also because shes a lovely person and I look forward to seeing her every appointment.
