        I Purchased a hand cream in the shop. Shortly after I left the shop, I realised I picked up a hand cream rather than sanitizer. When I returned to the shop with the receipt, the shop was closed but I could still see people in there. I knocked on the door just to check if I can exchange it. They kept saying it is closed, couldnt even be bother to open the door for me to explain I just need to grab the sanitizer (as both items are same value) despite her standing right by the door. Would not return. Bad customer service
