With the death of my dear grandmother who had been resident in Berkhamsted for 50 years, it was important to her family and extensive network of friends that the funeral arrangements be conducted with the utmost care and decorum. On behalf of Metcalfes, Charlie Jarrett and Annabelle Twyman provided all of this, accompanied by total professionalism; no request was too trivial or enquiry too small. Anticipating many of our needs in the most sensitive way, their service to us left family and friends able to focus on marking our loss without fuss and distraction. We are most grateful.
