I am really disappointed in how my experience of Bustle and Bow worked out. I was so excited after reading great reviews, and seeing how much press coverage they had online. An amazing range of contemporary designers. However, when it came to customer service I found the experience to be lacking. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety in the few weeks leading to my wedding, and as I had ordered my dress 7mnths ahead of my wedding, this shouldnt have been the case at all. Knowing that my wedding was within the year, Leigh had advised there were some dresses I wouldnt be able to order in time - that was fine. I ordered my dress in March, and was told the dress would be ready in August, at which point I would be asked back to be fitted and then have time to pick my accessories etc. At the end of August I hadnt been contacted at all, so I tried to get in touch. This was near impossible to do, and in the end I had to book an appointment as a new customer online to get a reply. I was told that my dress would be ready in the next few days. September comes and no contact, Im becoming increasingly anxious (especially as I know the accessories might need to be ordered etc) I try to get in touch again (several times, even going to the shop to see if there was anyone available to check in on whats happening). The phone numbers, email addresses etc amount to nothing, I book another appointment as a new customer, and finally get an email. Sorry I am at a family funeral obviously I do feel bad about this, however there was no out of office reply, and the funeral doesnt explain why all my other calls and emails, much earlier in the month were ignored. I really feel that as someone who has bought a 2000 dress, in good faith, I was expecting to be kept up-to-date, when it looked like my dress was delayed. Finally, I was told my dress was ready 2wks before I fly out to my wedding. I had no warning of this, so the only fitting I could attend was with a studio 1hr15mins from home, which I then had to go to twice. Bear in mind I had been told this would be in the shop 10mins from home. So a 5hr mission to get my dress fitted (seamstress was amazing fyi), and I have my dress ready 3days before I fly out - anxiety inducing. To get my veil and accessories, I had the limited choices of what could be express which when I had ordered with sufficient time ahead of my wedding felt really unfair. My whole experience has been marred by the stress of not-knowing, and frankly that all could have been avoided if B&B had just picked up the phone to give me an update every once in a while. I wouldnt recommend. The dresses are high quality and stunning, but you can find those designers elsewhere and your wedding should be fun to plan and organise, not a panic of chasing a supplier who ignores you unless they think youre a new customer. Absolutely disappointed.

I went with my daughters this morning 4/10/22. The dresses are all beautiful. Leigh was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Leigh made us all feel relaxed she was so knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend any future bride to book in with Leigh you wont be disappointed.

Leigh is a kind, patient person and her dress selection is just beautiful. I had a great experience, felt really supported and received genuine, helpful advice. I had a vastly better experience than at some other big bridal brand flagship stores and came away with a dress I felt INCREDIBLE in. Thanks for all your help Leigh! I just wanted to feel amazing and like myself, and thats exactly what I got.
