We brought a bike from this company for our daughters Christmas present. We couldnt quite build it ourselves and the company was online to help us on Christmas Day and FaceTimed on Boxing Day. We are so impressed - couldnt rate them highly enough.

Very good quality bikes. Our friends recommended based on first hand experience, they were on their 2nd bike. After seeing the difference between our children on a cheaper heavier bike, then seeing their kids going on the voom bike was a massive difference. We have now purchased a bike for our 3 year old, she has used a balance bike for 6 months. Instructions were very clear, and once in stock the deliver was quick. The bike came very well packed and was easy to put together. The bikes are not cheap, but I feel the improvement in design and the confidence it gives the children is priceless. We are now looking at buying my older son a woom 4

I ordered a bike while the shop was closed over Christmas with a note requesting a quick delivery for my sons birthday tomorrow. The shop re-opened yesterday, the bike was shipped immediately and delivered today. Amazing service! Thank you. We are now on our third woom bike. Woom 2 has been handed down twice already and is still in excellent condition. The quality of the bikes is fantastic and Im so pleased we can keep the bikes for all 3 children. Excellent value for money!

We bought a Woom 3 bike from The Little Bike Company, Simon and the team were brilliant setting up the bike and making sure everything worked perfectly. We were using a Follow Me Tandem with the bike and I had replaced the front two wheel nuts to fit the pegs so the Follow Me Tandem would attach. After 6 months however, I'd lost the bolts so couldn't put the front wheel back on. I called The Little Bike Company and Simon was amazing - he fould exactly what I needed and going above all expectation, sent me the bolts for free. I cannot recommend Simon and The Little Bike Company enough - 5 star service all round :)
