The item didn't get dispatched until after a week. But then arrived within 48 hours can't complained. However, when I was waiting for it to get dispatched I had no response from them until after it was dispatched.

Ordered a piece of equipment and two weeks later it still hadn't arrived. Called customer services to ask where my item was and it turns out that they don't stock the item I bought anymore but still took my order!! So I've been waiting for an item I would never receive and they didn't even bother to tell me! Good thing I called otherwise they'd have just taken my money and never told me what was happening. All they could offer was an apology (no explanation) and a refund. Not impressed and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Honestly do not bother with this company their customer service is appalling! Ordered a 50 product over three weeks ago the product arrived with a broken seal (this has happened before, my bad for going back to them). They then said they sent a replacement before they received their item back (one would think thats kind) only that the product which they alleged to have sent on a particular day never came back. Upon raising the issue (after endless emails and lengthy calls waiting a shed load of time) they said I needed to sign a form which they can then use to open an investigation with their courier!!! Therefore add another week I am guessingcustomer service was even trying to lecture me about how I signed and agreed to conditions Beautyflash agreed with their courier so that there was nothing I could do about this but to keep waiting until this is resolved! And then companies like these are amazed that they keep losing customers. Think.!!

Product offered a free Travel version but it did not arrive & will not be honoured by BeautyFlash & I am expected to pay for the return, for their false advertising. I would have brought elsewhere, cheaper, & now remember why I stopped using this site after years of purchasing from them
