Sean Heneghan - Counselling, Acupuncture, Cognitive Hypnotherapy

Ive started seeing Sean for acupuncture about 10 years ago. The treatment successfully addressed my health concerns and vastly improved my overall well-being. Since then, Ive had acupuncture whenever I felt I needed a boost and to re-balance my well-being and it works every time! For the last 2 years Ive been seeing Sean for counselling, which has been very helpful and supportive. In all the time Ive known him, he has been consistently professional, personable and has always shown genuine concern for my wellbeing in a calm, patient and warm manner. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him!

Therapy with Sean has positively impacted many aspects of my life and has genuinely become one of my great pleasures each week. Sean was recommended to me by a dear friend and I had seen how he had changed her life for the better and empowered her, so was curious to see if he could help me. I have seen many therapists and counselors over the years for crippling self doubt and depression due to childhood bullying. No one really "got me" but after some 15 minutes with Sean he picked up on something that changed my life. His manner and quiet confidence along with his honesty is so refreshing and I trusted him instantly. This was so important to me due to my past. He understands me, listens to what I'm saying without judging (or interrupting) and challenges me when needed. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough.
