November 2021 paid 3,000+ for hot tub base, a garden design & a deposit for landscaping. Landscaping had a six month Leadtime. Hot tub fitted in December, not level and was told the water would level it out. It hasn't. More money for the landscaping (half the cost of works) requested and paid weeks in advance of works commencing in July. The landscaping was delayed and a refund offered. Very poor communication and after offering a refund due to delays money was kept with no breakdown of costs. Trying to resolve. Company owner response is : "I will not be responding any more" - Shocking ! BEWARE - DONT GIVE MONEY UPFRONT TO THIS COMPANY Services: Yard work, Landscape design

Charlotte was brilliant. Right from when she came and had looked at how the sun moved around our garden before the design, to listening to how we used the garden and what we wanted from it the design was just what we were after. Greg and the team who then did the work were excellent - punctual, polite and hardworking and not minding when we made a few tweaks along the way. We were delighted with the results and just wish we had done it sooner!

Absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and I couldn't recommend Charlotte highly enough. Keep up the great work maintaining my garden please Charlotte!

We couldn't be happier with the garden that Charlotte Love and her team designed and built - the whole process was great. Charlotte's knowledge of what would work in our space, how to maximise the space we had, which types of flowers and plants to put where, meant that we ended up with a garden that we love spending time in. Her whole team were friendly, hard working, & always on time. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend Charlotte enough. She listened to the brief and offered great advice whilst ensuring she remained on budget. Her ideas were great and we are delighted with the raised beds and planting. Once it stops raining I'm planning to ask her to continue the great work!
