I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. He knocked through from our kitchen to the dining room, re-furbished the utility room and moved an internal wall creating a fabulous large dining kitchen with a small study area. It feels like a completely new house! Steve has a great team and all work was carried out to a high standard with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent, Steve informed us everyday what was happening and who would be on site. I would not hesitate to recommend SW Bennett.

Steve and the team did a wonderful job of sorting out some significant cracks in our exterior walls and painting the house. He was very patient with me being a right pain over choosing the paint colour :-) the work was carried out to an excellent standard and they were highly professional- they were prompt, polite and paid huge attention to detail. Steve has refurbished a kitchen for us that was really in need of some work. He has taken down the ceiling, rewired , replumbed and replastered the room then fitted a kitchen, floor and new doors. Steve and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. He was excellent at communicating what was being done each day and the whole job went really smoothly. They were also great around my very enthusiastic children! The end result is fantastic and has transformed our home. If you want an honest hardworking builder, would highly recommend Steve. Steve and his team reconfigured part of the downstairs of our house in October 2021 and from the day Steve first came to look at the job, it was clear we were in safe hands. His advice, professionalism, communication, work ethic and high-quality workmanship were outstanding from start to finish. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend this company. Absolutely delighted with our ground floor extension! End result far exceeded our expectations and everything has been finished to a very high standard. Steve and his team were great to have on site and were super considerate of family life, as well as being tidy. Steve had lots of fantastic creative ideas, practical suggestions and ideas to save on costs to get the most out of the space and great at problem solving when unexpected challenges arose due to our house being an old one and previous building work being poorly executed. He also do a fantastic job of restoring sections of our Georgian stone walls. Steve has great contacts and we were extremely happy with the work done by his plumber, electrician and carpenter who were all lovely to have on site. We would highly recommend Steve for any project - big or small
