        Was a great experience. Had a Hermes delivery to return and a lovely assistant called Halimo was very helpful in confirming it was a ParcelShop and even gave me and taped up a box for me to use as I had none at home. Excellent service and very polite. Can't recommend enough

        Usually very good at COVID rules, but today in line while two people strolled around and queued to pay without masks???

        My visit to this store was pleasant. I particularly found the store clean, and spacious in the foyer which I liked rather than being inundated with stalls to weave around. Whilst the member of staff that served me at the checkout was polite, he was the only member of staff on the whole shop floor. I feel that is just too much to ask from 1 member of staff to oversee the whole running of the store. So, all in all, good team, bad management
