This is a truly excellent modern, large, comprehensive facility which, right now, has plenty of spare capacity. Co-working space is excellent value at 60 mth for regular office hrs - with a variety of seating options in different spaces - high chairs overlooking atrium, large desks, small desks, couches, break-out spaces, etc. There are individual offices available for different stages of startup. Regular business/security events are held here. Surprisingly large meeting/configurable conference room/s with decent presenting equipment/pedestal. There are three floors, which have an excellent view of the estuary. Mentoring from the business faculty is available. Plenty of parking is available in University car park (parking right outside building is limited) and a quiet, calm atmosphere is the norm. Lots of startup courses and even grants available for completing these - all this is explained by the many well produced guides and pamphlets provided - there are too many benefits/schemes to describe here. Excellent shower and tea / coffee machine / refreshment facilities. On-site admin/IT/management team are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

C11 hosted my event back in early 2018. The venue is stunning, especially once you get inside the building and can see the view from the First Floor seminar rooms. Jackie and the team couldn't be more helpful and accommodating on the day and I received fantastic feedback from guests about the event and venue. Highly recommend going for a visit and checking it out for your future events.
