Thanks to Adrian I now have a stunning new bathroom. A complete installation, including tiling and flooring. From 8.00am till 5.00pm, only a few stops for coffee and not even a lunch break, you couldn't ask for anyone to work harder. Not only did he do a brilliant job but was happy to show this aging, single lady different skills and even found time to do a couple of odd jobs around the place just to help me out. I'm so glad I've met Adrian, I will definitely be calling on his services again. Services: Plumbing fixture installation, TV mounting, Tile work installation

I have had 2 visits from Adrian at 5 Star Property Maintenance. The first job was for a kitchen fitting which I could not be happier about. It had a solid wood worktop so I needed it to be perfect and it was. I had Adrian back a few months later to remove a chimney breast from the fist floor up to the roof. He did a great job in removing the all of the stone chimney and got on the roof to remove the chimney and make good. 9months later, no leaks and more space! Ideal

Adrian is a star, he has carried out multiple tasks, inside and out, during which time he has fixed unseen problems, come up with effective and creative solutions to issues and is always ready with a plan on how to tackle jobs, both big and small. We cannot thank him enough for becoming our go to guy for the jobs that we cant do, which is most of them, and he always does with good humour and a smile. 5***+++
