        Dan has a very helpful and professional manner. After a failed knee replacement and manipulation under general, Dan has achieved so much more movement for me than nhs physio sessions achieved. I would recommend Dan to anyone. Thank you..

        Liz is a fantastic Personal Trainer for all abilities, and her bootcamp sessions are great. The Norse gym is really well equipped and has the benefit of an outside area. Highly recommend!
