We have used Dean's expertise several times and have been delighted on every occasion. Dean has always been easy to reach, polite, professional and above all else, an expert in the work he has undertaken. Most recently, we needed Dean to fix an unexpected fault which caused our boiler to stop working during a particularly cold snap. Despite his very busy schedule, he was able to visit us on the same day and complete the necessary work to get us warm again. Dean's customer service stands out and we have always found him to be punctual, honest and his work to be above reproach as well as excellent value. For the last several years Dean has been the person we call first for our Plumbing and Heating needs, we would strongly recommend him as he is quite simply the best.
