Dire. Phoned to ask if they had what I needed in stock. Told yes. Arrived to find a shed that's pretty much desolate within a garden centre. Do not waste your time.

3 calls and equal no of emails, couldn't be bothered to provide a quote or call to discuss the work need to be carried out.

Unacceptable disregard for the damage potentially caused by withholding 1,635 for literally months. I placed an incorrect website order on May 19th, 2018, for 1,635 and emailed Cascade same-day to cancel, i.e. BEFORE it was dispatched. Nothing was delivered, so I figured the refund would be fast and simple. I then spent 3.5 MONTHS emailing and chasing Cascade. Multiple times they said the refund has been processed and would be in my account imminently. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I was forced to start a VISA dispute on Sept 3rd, 2018. Honestly I couldn't be bothered with the whole waste of time, but my window to claim was running out. Several weeks later I was informed by my bank that the seller hasn't responded to the dispute so I had to wait the maximum possible time for the dispute to resolve. I finally got my money back on November 22nd, 2018. That is over 6 months. Honestly I don't care what the excuses are- I know they blamed WorldPay at one point. I've run e-commerce websites- if you really want to refund someone it isn't difficult. I emailed a total of 13 times, they replied 5 times with casual promises about refunds which never materialised. I'm also not impressed that Nationwide and VISA took 2.5 months to settle such a straightforward claim, but I understand that at least part of that time was waiting for Cascade's deadline to respond to time out. Maybe Cascade are lovely in person, but I wouldn't buy from them online because through either malice or (more likely) disinterest / ineptitude, when things go wrong you may spend half a year picking up the pieces.
