Don't stay here. The rooms are falling apart with obvious dings and cracks. We requested for a cot, which wasn't provided. Tried to call all three phone numbers provided (including the emergency number) and noone picked up the phone. Managed to find a member of staff who arranged a cot, but it had the most disgusting stains on it and I didn't let my child go near it. All in all Don't stay here and don't have an actual emergency as I doubt you'd be able to find anyone to help. Would not recommend and would not go again

Dont stay here. The setting is of course delightful, but we were disappointed with the sleeping accommodations. Get a taxi back to Farnham instead and avoiding the estate office bride-blaming. Given that we were attending a wedding there wasnt much need for space, even so our ground floor apartment was very small. Our major complaint came at night. Be aware that the floorboards are incredibly noisy: After dancing all evening we returned to our room ahead of a three hour drive home the following morning. In the early hours the children staying above us awoke and proceeded to run and jump around for the rest of the morning making further sleep near impossible. Now, of course fellow guests cannot be controlled, and theres a fair expectation that the structure of accommodation will ensure that noise will not be a problem in an overnight stay, but unfortunately it absolutely is here. To note though - we couldnt hear our fellow guests, just their movements. That seems to be a structural issue. In the morning we were looking forward to a quick breakfast of the promised pastries before starting our drive. All we discovered were plastic-packaged croissants and some biscuits. Considering the price wed paid and that this is a wedding venue I was expecting an Experience - a larger room, an air of luxury, somewhere private to retreat to, and a pair of freshly baked pastries. In the morning we had a quiet word with the estate office, not wanting to cause any trouble for our newly married friends. We were incredibly dissatisfied with the reaction of the woman we spoke to who insisted that our disrupted night was the fault of the bride who had assigned people to rooms, who declared that it was reasonable that the rooms not provide an adequate nights sleep by citing other people that had not slept well and complained. When we mentioned the pastries she insisted that they were complimentary and that usually the bride provided a hamper. I responded that Id be ashamed to advertise providing breakfast and theyd do better not to bother. I did not expect the estate office to be sneering, dismissive and too privileged to have the little grace required to receive complaints. I definitely did not expect that they would blame my newly married friends. We had breakfast and coffee in Farnham and wished wed stayed there instead. We met friends there and theyd had a much better night than we.
