Done and Dusted cleaning services

I used these cleaners for a couple months then i had to find a new one purely due to their horrendous management, communication and scheduling. They have their FB reviews turned off, do with that what you will. I requested they come after 2 pm and said before 1 is OK if they let me know as i have work which is flexible if i give notice. They repeatedly came over an hour early and never once gave notice they are coming earlier. i asked them so many times to let me know, they never did and most of the time didn't even respond to my message. Its a simple request right? It was to the point I missed half my cleans which makes a huge impact on me as a person living alone with multiple disabilities, cleaning puts me in severe pain. I then said please under no circumstances come before 2 pm, this happened ONCE (yes really). They then again came an hour early the following time which meant i missed yet another clean as i had a work meeting. Their only excuse for this was i was last on the list, so they knew the whole time they wouldn't be willing to come at the requested time, why not just say no in the first place? I offered to change my day to which ever they can commit to coming after 2. They never replied so i send another message saying to cancel all future cleans, still no reply lol. The cake is they tried to get me to sign a form saying id be liable to pay full price if they couldn't access the property on the day. I genuinely thought am i crazy isnt this a pretty basic request? Anyway 10/10 would NOT recommend. However i would highly recommend my new cleaners Worcester Domestic Cleaning Limited- they have a brilliant booking system, they reply very fast and do a amazing clean, they even do the whole thing in 30 mins less than done and dusted saving me money! Best of all they turn up on time! Service: Standard cleaning

Saw ad on Facebook, called them and no response, tried again the next day, no reply not even a polite call back, then I texted eventually got a text back but very general no effort wanting to speak, tried calling one last time and no reply. I will not be using this company as their customer skills are extremely poor, my concern would be if I took them on and had concerns they are never going to answer the phone. Will be looking elsewhere.
