I'm never going there again! The last 2 or 3 times i returned a parcel i did not get a proof of return and guess what, the parcels never returned to the companies which meant i wouldn't get a refund since i couldn't prove that my items were indeed returned! The last time i even asked, do i not get a receipt or anything and i was told no u get nothing. Decided to go to the post office in Wednesbury and DID get a proof of return

Couldnt do a simple task such as putting the return label sticker on my parcel correctly and couldnt be botherd to cover my address using the return label printed so now my parcels being delivered back to me since the 14/12/2022 called and spoke to a guy called Raj whos an absolute rude human and doesnt know that manners cost nothing.

Very unhelpful when I phoned up to try and find a parcel that was tracked to there post office. I was rushed of the phone and the lady was rude. Unprofessional

Edit: since becoming google review famous the lady is actually way nicer and not a problem these days! Changed from 1 to 4 star
