Very pleased with my dogs groom! First time visiting and will definitely be returning going forward. My dog was groomed exactly how I wanted and Harry was super friendly.

First time going and will be the last. They have literally scalped her. My poor dog is literally bald..... they said she had matting, so had to cut her short. Utter rubbish. All she kept saying was we had to cut her short as the matting was really bad. I'm sorry but my poor dog is bald. She looks awful Just received a call from jodie advising my dog was matted and good luck finding new groomer. Wow outstanding customer service after I've just paid 45 for my dog to be scalped. Please do not send your dogs here, Rude and no empathy. My dog has no fur and all they can say is my dog was matted. They shaved my dogs ears without my permission. I was not happy and was in shock. They Cancelled 2 appointments originally. Should have listened to the people that told me not to go! Severe matting? You didn't show me any images, you didn't even call to advise severe matting, yes she had a bit of matting but nothing severe. I've shown pictures to other groomers and they agree I should have been called before you decided to shave her? Luckily for me I have images before I taken her in to you because of what people had said about your shop. I never said anything because I was in shock, she has never been this short. My husband was gob smacked.. she's like a a different dog. Trial and error and her fur will grow back. The moral of the story is just pick up the phone and talk before you do anything drastic. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing groomer. I have never been happier with how my dog has been groomed. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Jodey put my dog at ease, and me, because to be honest, I was nervous about taking my dog (Honey) here because all other groomers have disappointed me. But not this one. Ill definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.

Well the lady said bring your dog for an informal meet and greet before seeing about getting his nails clipped as he is very nervous...I turned up at the shop as arranged, shop closed all in darkness. Thanks for nothing Disgraceful
