Absolutely shocking value. Honestly the cheapest nastiest bed. Totally different to the photo. Its a very thin skeleton frame with cheap fabric stapled poorly Honestly wow are you really selling beds for 450 the quality is terrible absolutely shocking They refused to come and collect the bed. Offering me 10% of to just keep it. Didnt arrive to holes for frame, Didnt arrive with fixtures and fittings. I had to seriously argue with the team for help. Quiet clearly not the photo I ordered stating it would be similar absolutely awful company Aviod at all costs

Absolutely awful company. Cancelled an order before it was even delivered and two weeks in still no refund. Avoid!!

If I could give half a star I would!! 4 stars to the poor delivery drivers (Thanks Alan). I have just had my divan bed delivered this evening. Was an absolute show from start to finish. Had been informed my delivery slot would be between 7am and 11am. Didn't arrive. Then they told me between 12 and 4. Didn't arrive. I was then told by the office staff, that it would be here by 8pm. Arrived at 6.15pm. The delivery driver (only one) was about to leave the pieces of bed on the doorstep, until I told him I was disabled, and the free installation was one of the reasons I had used the company. He then said he would bring it upstairs for me. I rang the office while he was doing this, and they asked to speak to him. The phone call didn't end well. These guys are paid 100 per day, are expected to deliver a full van of around 20 beds each day. Mine was the 5th. The office/call centre is located in Pakistan although it has a Birmingham code. This guy, even though he looked exhausted, installed the bed, and took away any packaging. Wasnt until he left, that I saw one of the drawers was unusable. I'd be very surprised if I got any response or replacement. Will never use a company I haven't heard of again, no matter how many 'perks' the website promises. Weirdly enough, rang office just now to report drawer problem and its now on answer machine. Scam company who don't care about their drivers or customers!!!! Any good reviews listed, are by their office staff...... DO NOT USE!!!!!!
