Clemmy's - The School and Wool Shop.

Rude staff, not helpful, my child starts school monday with no uniform, had to go to asda and spend more money till her uniform comes in. Order her uniform before the schools even broke up to make sure she had it. They said i would recieve a message when it was in stock. Went in thursday to be told still some of the orders not there and to wait for a message. I will defo be looking for somewhere else to get the uniforms from next year.

Awful place. Staff are terrible look at you as if you shouldn't be there and totally ignore you. When you do ask a question your made to feel like your in front of a head teacher you dread asking...you need a few deep breaths before you go in and a hard hat on. Not going to miss it always hated going in there.

Purchased my daughters blazer and tie from here, was not in stock so had to be sent to get made. Was told I would get a call when ready. NO PHONE CALL RECIEVED and phone constantly busy my daughter starts monday. Quick to take cash but sloppy when keeping paying customers informed.

Went to Clemmys to get some trousers for my daughter which should be a simple task I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen and was approached by a lady who was extremely rude so I I turned around and said to my daughter lets go shes rude the lady then started shouting at me from across the shop in front of a full shop saying how am I rude I just turned to head for the exit as she persisted in shouting and being abusive saying she had been their 20 years and wasnt rude Staff in this shop really need a wake up call as nobody is indispensable they should be warned for the way they speak to customers but it really looks like the staff are managing the shop and the management are scared of them Wake up customer service has changed in 20 years get with the times
