    Awful company, I've never been spoken to so rudely in 20 years, told me it was unacceptable of me to ask for a courtesy car to be delivered to an address 18 miles away when my insurance policy includes a courtesy car delivered to your home address. Told me they didn't want the job and to find an alternate repairer. Biggest bunch of rude and unfriendly jobsworths I have ever dealt with, staff need to go on a training course to learn some manners asap!!!

    Unfortunately this time Nationwide let me down big time. My car had a couple of scratches and shallow dents on the roof and bonnet as well as a few thin scratches on the wing. Nationwide delivered the car back to me after two weeks and the car looked worse than before they took it. The scratches on the wing turned into one big smudge and the dents on the roof became an incline. Obviously I did not accept the car. Nationwide took the car back and held it for another 3 weeks. I called them to find out about the status of the repair and I was told they need a few more days. I decided to go to their body shop as I urgently needed my work badge which I left in the car because I didn't expect them to have it for so long. When I arrived it turned out my car is being washed and is ready to be collected / delivered, despite the fact that I was told I need to wait for a few more days. I hope someone from Nationwide will read this review and consider making some serious amendments to their processes because on this occasion Nationwide has failed on the quality of the job, the speed and communication with the customer.
