I have visited the Greenhouse in Luton several times so thought I would try Darlaston to see if it was of the same high standard... Had a great experience! It was the monthly Bears night. Lots of hot guys and the facilities are great, there is plenty to do. I would say, for someone that had not been before, it was difficult to navigate the rooms/areas as not everything is sign posted. Other than that I highly recommend

I had to leave a review as a customer for over 10 years. Yesterday (4 June 2022) is the last time I visit this place: I will save the 17 entry fee and instead use it for other saunas around the country. I hope management take my feedback into account. After a number of previous visits where saunas were not working correctly I ensured I rang beforehand twice to confirm all saunas and steam room facilities were in check. Upon arrival before paying the entry fee I asked again and was confirmed that everything was working. Once in, only the sauna room upstairs were working and the two steam rooms were actually not working. I complained 4 times and nothing was done by management. The sauna itself is called Greenhouse however anything remotely green has been removed and has been replaced with tacky red. It should be rebranded as the red house sauna. They have installed these new red lights and it has a red light district vibe rather than a relaxing spa sauna experience. The decor is horribly outdated and mismatched completely. There is no relaxing music playing upstairs as its all downstairs.. all you hear upstairs are people slamming doors and walking around. There were three public members, 2 clearly using the bathroom to take drugs and another walking around with a 330ml can of pop for 5 hours refilling at his locker and sweating profusely even though he never went into the saunas. There was another guy who set up a corner in the changing room, aas if he was living there. He did this for around 5 hours and did the same in the showers. The sauna feels like a den for men to just get off which is ironic as the men I speak to are just there to have a nice relaxing experience but are met with a set up to have sex where more is invested into cheap dark rooms than actual spa facilities. My recommendations would be to 1. revert back to the green theme u less you are rebranding to the redhouse sauna? 2. Fix the saunas so they are all working 3. Add sim lights to the dark rooms to make them pre visible 4. Watch the clientele 5. Stop charging for condoms and lube. These are charged at 50p. Management have previously said that the nhs has stopped providing these however I work in the NHS at a senior level and I know these are still provided for free as other saunas are given them until this day. 6. Relaxing music needs to play upstairs 6. Need something better than the kardashians or Hells Kitchen playing on the TV upstairs 8. The place needs to be cleaned up, no one cleans anything unless someone has done a poo. Other saunas have two members of staff walking around cleaning up once an hour. 9. The management NEEED to visit the gay saunas in London and really see what is on offer there, as the changes needed at greenhouse are smaller but will yield a lot better results. The greenhouse has a swimming pool and large sauna with parking, And this could really attract members from all over the country. Edit.. its now 20- definitely not worth
