        Was quite disappointed with my experience, was unable to do an on line appointment due to network issues, so telephoned the surgery, for the appointment, I felt I was being scolded for not doing it myself, then had to wait for over 6 hours for the gp review to call back, to then be informed after discussion I could have an appointment in a week with the nurse, its left me feeling my medical issues are the bottom of the list

        I can't thank the reception staff enough when they realised I needed to see a doctor I was seen within a short time. Very professional and friendly

        Rude staff can never get to see the doctors because they pass everything to a pharmacist to speak to you and that molly the nurse shes a waste of time the whole surgery needs a shake up do the Doctors actually know if it wasnt for the patients they wouldnt have a wage and be paid they dont care about your health they dont want to see or treat you . Disgraceful surgery needs reporting By everyone for there to be any change .
