Been with the doctors surgery now for around 13 years and saw many changes and not for the better .receptionists are lovely ,doctors are nice but terrible .they dont want to prescribe anything to patients .they never want to see you in person .they make judgements on what treatment to give from a picture sent to them from a mobile phone ,if you speak to them after 9 o clock you cant get an appointment .I have chest pain amongst other things .and there plan was to give me Gaviscon,I couldnt believe it .no wander so many people are Ill and dying if this is how they are treated .disgusted by it I am

Absolutely terrible service, had an ear infection start Thursday stared with over counter problems but still no joy, Monday woke up with my ear bleeding called at 8 am I was on hold for over hr so decided to pop in, the lady on desk was soooo rude and said cant help call the surgery and I showerd Im still on hold this was hr and 40min I was not happy I pay my nhs and hardly use the service I cant remember the last time I went to the doctors! The doctors I cant say a bad word about but the staff need to learn some customer service skills and not think theyre doctors ! After going to the walk-in they told me was a bad infection which could of caused blood infection Never again

I am sorry to say I have had a very upsetting experience with your practice this weeek. I have received information from the vaccine information service that I need a third does of vaccine as I have a weekend immune system .This is not a booster jab After 30 minutes waiting on the phone your receptionist would not listen to me readnig the letter out to her and kept interruptong and telling me I was wrong . eventually I was told they knew nothing about this and they would ring me back and over 48hrs later I have heard nothing I now find myself unable to book any vaccine at all through another route.So here i am one of the most vunerable and not able to access the system

What going on with Kingfisher Practice it gone downhill .Cannot even get a consultation even when its urgent . the admin staff telling you they are full unable to fit you in without speaking to the GP
